When I entered the travel industry in 1981, I had no idea that I was starting what would become a lifetime career. The thousands of clients that I have prepared tours, cruises, customized vacations and bucket-list trips for are the reason I have never tired of being a travel professional. Collaborating with each individual customer to create their perfect vacation is my primary focus. Making sure their trip goes smoothly and they have an advocate, an adviser and a true professional are the benefits that my clients enjoy while working with me.
I have modified my business model over the years, from full retail store-front to an appointment only, individualized and high touch customer service business. I work mostly with my existing clientelle and their awesome referrals.
